Guarantee Details

On-Time Guarantee:

We know your time is valuable. That’s why at My Angel Service we guarantee the following: “We’re On Time, or You Get a 20% Discount!” We want you to know that we value your time as much as we value our own. Our punctuality and professionalism guarantee sets us apart from our competitors.

Satisfaction Guarantee:

At My Angel Service, we are committed to offering a 100% satisfaction guarantee. This means that if you are not completely satisfied with our services, we will do what is necessary to correct the situation at no additional cost to you.

Coverage:

  • Service Guarantee: We offer a 1-year guarantee on the installation performed. If any issues related to our work arise within this period, we will correct them at no additional cost.
  • Product Guarantee: If any product we have installed fails within one year, we will replace it at no additional cost for the installation. However, a travel fee of $49.00 will apply.

Exclusions:

  • Damage caused by misuse, negligence, unauthorized modifications, or incorrect installations performed by third parties.
  • Damage resulting from natural disasters, accidents, or normal wear and tear of equipment.

Warranty Claim Process:

  2. Documentation: Provide a description of the problem along with any relevant documentation, such as photos or videos, if possible.
  3. Evaluation: Our team will evaluate your claim and, if necessary, arrange a visit to rectify the issue.
  4. Correction: If your claim is approved, we will proceed to correct the issue within a reasonable timeframe.

Warranty Limitations:

  • This warranty is valid only for the original customer who contracted our services and is not transferable.
  • The warranty applies only in the South Florida area where we operate.
